LOCAL SHIPPING
All parcels are shipped via Sendle in tracked parcels. They do not require a signature on delivery unless they are larger than an A4 satchel. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us for additional information. Delivery will vary depending on where in Australia you are, combined with Sendle shipping and handling times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international parcels are shipped with tracking and via Sendle. There will be some smaller products that are able to be sent via Aus Post Parcel Post. Personalised orders can take 3-10 days to make before I can ship, this is because all items are handmade to order. I will send a shipping confirmation to your email when it’s on its way. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Australian shipping and up to 4 weeks for international shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note that as items are made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund or for change of mind. I will happily offer a return if an item is damaged, as long as contact is made within 3 days of receiving the item. Any queries on your product when you receive it, please email [email protected].
Please be patient with me – I am a one wonder-womum band making, packing and shipping all orders while I live my best life looking after two beautiful girls too. If your package is lost, I will work with you to come up with a resolution that makes you smile.
